Pricing and Shipping
Prices quoted in the catalog are F.O.B. Savage, Maryland, USA, and are subject to change without notice. All freight, custom taxes/duties, insurance, and special packaging charges will be added to the invoice unless other terms have been arranged. Written quotations are guaranteed for 30 days. Bulk prices quoted separately.

 

Payment
Terms of sale are net 30 days of date of invoice. A 1.5% monthly charge will be added to invoices on balances overdue for more than 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon. If collection of past due accounts requires legal resolution, customer will be responsible for all fees and court costs.

The physical properties and other data contained in our products are derived from literature and our own files. These data provided only as a reference. Allichem assumes no responsibility for their accuracy or completeness. Buyer agrees that he assumes responsibility to fully determine the property concerning the product unless otherwise indicated.   

 

Use of the Products 
All of the products are only used for laboratory experiments and processing, research, Not for human and animal test as well household and others. Buyer agrees to notify and obtain written approval from Allichem to use the products for manufacturing.

 

Limited Warranty and Liability
Allichem's products are warranted solely to identity and purity. NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY IS MADE. Allichem LLC is only liable for the replacement of the defective product or a refund of the purchase price in the event of a breach. 

 

All of Allichem's products are only used for laboratory research and not for human and animal test. The  products are exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.

 

Return Policy
Return will only be accepted upon prior authorization from Allichem, with merchandise unopened. Buyer is subject to a restocking fee of under the discretion of Allichem's management.
